As they man the front building desk...I have plenty of dealings with them from getting ones pass etc. They also go around certain areas which the enthusiasts and spotters use ...
One of my close friends - she was MOD Plod and a good shot I hasten to add. She laughingly was guarding a USN building or facility somewhere around the City.
Thankfully no damage was done nor individuals hurt...the outcome could have been a lot lot worse.
Perpetrator is in jail, but god knows what was going through his head to attempt today.
