SWTT...Historical I know..but Commodore? Airlines..cht out fit in /nr Tamworth.
If memory serves ..pilotess mistook in trim indication U partly obscured as 0 at neutral trim line for take off. Aircraft went nose up, overpowered by pax in RHS and pilotess, returned for a safe landing after re-trim.
Ops stopped by CASA for some months , as had happened before...since loss of business, revenue and etc..the Operator just took a walk to another industry.
Others may correct me if I'm wrong.
And with Darren's belly down..why so long to make it to the media?. Please explain.
