So let me get this straight. You're saying that CASA will shut down Bairnsdale Air Charter because their Chief Pilot landed with the wheels up?
Is there a history of CASA shutting down similar establishments for similar errors in judgement, for which are unlikely even to make it do the desk of the ATSB?
