Bullsh!t! You can disagree with how the company run things and still be a professional. You can bitch and moan about the company till the cows come home and still be a professional.
The "lets not do anything to get us into the office", is not an attitude? Or previously mentioned VORs/Circling is dangerous....? This is professionalism according to you? But its ok to say "Non standard" out loud so the CVR records it before putting the gear down while high on the approach (thats ok because I'm being very professional), but at the opposite end, when you're 400' with 8nm to go, no thats the company's fault. I swear I saw 4 reds because I don't have any leadership!
