Jolax, Not blaming the current cadets because obviously they had nothing to do with the current situation. Those that joined before them are very much to blame because they allowed this situation to continue.
However every one that joins Ryanair now are very much to blame because they are weakening the crew's hand.
Edit: Yes the conditions are up to the cadets, they can always say no or demand better T&C
