It’s not that much of a complicated approach. It gets complicated though if your company makes it more complicated than it needs to be instead of letting you do basic pilot stuff ... Add to that the fatigue factor and voila. Not blaming the crews here. Company creates an environment where you can’t be a pilot anymore.
