I have never been out of trim and if it was we have picked it up before departing.
That doesn't quite make sense, though I think I know what you are saying - you have been out of trim (I'm gathering that means outside of the the fwd/aft CoG limits due to loading) but have picked it up and corrected it, prior to takeoff?? So, that would still rate as an issue, as Livinthedream320 was alluding to, would it not??
