My wife is a lady of leisure......when I get home from a long trip she has a great selection of cheeses, a quality wine and then we get down to business (see also RATs suggestion). As a wedding gift we were given the best cheese board in the known universe (which I now buy as my easy out for most Xmas, bitrthday, housewarming gifts).
