Correct. There is already an XJT-UAL "pathway" program but all that glitters is not gold. Read the FAQs at the bottom of the page for the differences for CRJ vs ERJ "XJT" pilots:

UAL has certainly hired more XJT pilots than DL, for example. The last time I saw hard data from XJT, it was a 2:1 ratio. Maybe now that DL has dumped XJT, that'll change...or maybe not.
