I fear it is far from over. They were concerned about the holiday season. They realized no/reduced 13th months for pilots plus reduction of ARAPA would have been pushing too far and had the potential of significant chaos.
Mark my words, as soon as January comes the pilots COS will be the main focus again for cost savings and concessions.
