I think it is true to say that had MAG not entered into the folly of the likes of Humberside & Bournemouth they might not have taken their eye of the MAN ball and for instance, the £45M spent on BOH terminal might of been spent on working lifts & walkways at home base. I speak to many people & there is not an insignificant number that avoid MAN where possible due to the customer experience. Once a year bucket & spaders might endure the experience without complaint but regulars are well and truly peed off. True in 2027 it might be a different experience but there is no question whatsoever it is a decade too late. I await LAX LHR staunch defence of MAN, of which I truly admire greatly I wish I had such faith.
