They state there NO Optician.

just my point of view, might as well get the report from the ophthalmologist authorized by DCA Malaysia.
can find the list of medical examiner listed in the DCA website (just google, this PPRUNE doesnt allow me to post URL untill i post 10 post :/)
just make an appointment, tell the Doc that you want to do pilot test, (state snells test, colour test. etc,) then it'll do.
