I'll answer what I can for you, but I can't answer where to get a scholarship as I don't live near you.

and im interested with the scholarships, how do i get them
Each scholarship has different requirements. You would have to ask the school(s) what scholarships are available, what their requirements are and then assess what you need to do personally to apply for the scholarship.

does the flight simulator count the flight hours requirements?
No, desktop simulators are games and, as such cannot be applied toward real-world experience.

should i play flight simulator as much as i can?
Although you cannot play flight simulator and get credit for it, flight simulator can be used as a valuable tool when learning to fly as it is a cheap way of seeing how things work. For example, you can see how airspeed is affected by climbs and descents, and how power is affected by altitude and affects airspeed. Furthermore, you can learn the basics of approaching a navigational aid. In summary, Flight Simulator can help you with theory, but it does very little (and can be very detrimental) in practical applications.

should i memorize all the Pilot to ATC conversations or something like that?
Yes and no. Remember, a conversation is a two-way street. There is a lot of script in aviation, which does need to be memorized. However, you have to remember that context is for kings and that knowledge without that context is useless. It would be better for you to simply listen to what is being said and get a general feel for the speed of things and get used to the general terminology. You don't want to learn something now only to find out in a year that you have to unlearn it because you were wrong. That is a very hard thing to do.

Good luck.
