I still can't find an authoritative published source for that article - it is in the same style as Bruce Rule's other articles on the IUSS link I posted earlier (e.g.
IUSSCAA Message Board) but I can't find a first instance of the exact txt.
Some of it (e.g. the implosion/cognitive recognition time) appears in other posts on that site.
