Inevitable crash, but all survived. ...................................Bob Hoover was the guy, just showing that no matter how good you are, you are human, and predisposed to making the simplest of errors, for any multitude of reasons.
Don't know how others would score him, but I would score him very low in the grand scheme of things. You have to admit, that is a very appalling error to allow to happen in your own aircraft.
