The salary on PJN is very very basic. Dont forget you have to deduct the bonding if you are bonded. The types of bonding also vary, some for 3 years, some for 2 and some for 1.
Regarding per diems, for one duty day you get a fixed per diem rate depending if the coutry you are living in uses this. And as far as I know they do not replace the first 2 sectors.
Also the sectors you fly in a month vary depending on where you are based,
but 30-40 is most definitely an accurate figure. And if you are in a base with lots of short routes this might be even more.
When you start you will get a training salary of 1000 eu gross/month. But the company sort out hotel/transportation during training and line training. This at least takes way some of the financial pressure, knowing that there is another low cost company that lets you sort out these things yourself.
