Well Well Well...the plot thickens
European court has just ruled that since a UK based 'self employed' salesman was actually employed for the last 13 years he is entitled to back claim for unpaid holiday, some £27k in all.
Financial implications of this ruling will be huge for anyone involved in bogus self employment practices. Seems the worm is really turning now.
