I wouldn’t be too sure. An internal e mail explains that the slots being returned to the slot pool has put an obstacle on plans that the airline has and as such, any announcement won’t be made until the new year. It seems they have the plans but the fact that the slots aren’t being sold by the administrator is delaying things somewhat.
