If you are planning to commute, Oslo base is the place to be, lots of slings away from base. You can bid "layover" which will see you being away on night stops around 80-90 percent of your working time. A bit less during the summer when the charter flights kick in. But then you are able to bid for the night flights in which the company provide hotel after duty.
