AD's overrule any other publication.

CAsA AD is number 1 in the list of the order - Aircraft manufacturer is # 2.

I HAVE NEVER SAID ad'S ARE NOT PART OF WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE - IN FACT THE OPPOSITE.
