Hey CertGuy - Nope !!!!, they want to know it complies with the 'Build Standard', not the TCDS!!!
We even said, we as a CAMO would certify the aircraft under this, but they want a statement from Airbus Helicopters that there are no difference and if so, what are they, so they can put it on the export.
