Also, have any of you attempted to book flights via their app? It's a really buggie app, error messages, impossible to effectively use. I thought it was just me and then read the reviews - it's a common problem.
So we've got Avios issues and a mobile app which is buggie and unusable. Something tells me embracing technology isn't high on the priority list at flybe.
