I’m having trouble following you Tsim. Everything Gnad’s said is 100% correct. A CC campaign was supplemented by a large resignation rate and the subsequent improvement to terms and conditions was quite significant. All signed off by a CX manager who was sent over to ‘sort the mess out’. Which he did quite quickly with a chequebook. I just wish someone up the food chain had the sense to rectify your predicament the same way.
