Unhappy ILS at LHBP
Hi there,

If the frequencies for the below respective locators are u/s does it mean that we cannot use the locator/ILS at LHBP?

LOCATOR BUF FREQ 381KHZ OUT OF SERVICE DUE TO RECONSTRUCTION
LOCATOR BDA FREQ 343KHZ OUT OF SERVICE DUE TO RECONSTRUCTION
LOCATOR BUA FREQ 403KHZ OUT OF SERVICE DUE TO RECONSTRUCTION.

Any light anyone could shed would be greatly appreciated.
