Well, Frank was a thug, as is our management. I won't be here for long, as i've done my time. You miss the point however. The 13th month is being paid to KA staff. They also have better housing and higher salaries. CX staff have been attacked constantly for 25 years. For the first time, there is a genuine pilot shortage developing worldwide. CX pilots don't need to waste their careers working for an employer who denigrates and humiliates them at every turn. To not pay the 13th month would only help reinforce the pointlessness of wasting your career with this company. So please, don't pay the bonus, and help hundreds of pilots decide that they are better off being elsewhere. The tide is turning, and CX management are too arrogant and too blind to see the world is changing around them. If they want to withhold the 13th month, and cut my provident fund and housing....I think that will be quite enough to see most of us moving on. And btw Anti...it's not just about me.
