From a ground crew perspective:-
Has the aircraft been handed over to the flight crew?
Is any maintenance or servicing being carried out?
Remember Flying Controls will move to neutral position with hydraulics pressurised.
If I am outside doing stuff, I don't want hydraulics or other things being operated without my knowledge.
