Regardless of anything printed in the press, working here makes you realise that this airline is doomed. And anyone who has buried their heads in the sand and is still working here is doomed as well if they stay. The industry is in the midst of the greatest growth and opportunity in it's history. The best time to obtain employment and a career with a decent carrier in a decent part of the world is NOW. Don't miss your chance to exit the nightmare that has become CX. It will only get worse, MUCH worse from this point forward. Those of your colleagues who have already left are the smart ones. They figured it out and cut their losses. When will YOU do the same.
