But well it depends on the company, when I was working in United, I had a friend who was a captain on the 747 since 12 years and they put him as a captain on 320.
I’m sure he’s not naive enough to think he’ll walk into an A380 command after 5 years in the company, and probably equally delighted to have you as his PPrune cheerleader...
