Do you have a link to this article? I hate CX as much the next guy, but even AT can't be THAT stupid to say what you're saying. Stupid, yes, but THAT stupid? I'd need to see the original to believe it. While I'm really hoping you can produce the link, I'm guessing that there's a bit of embellishment there.
