First, if their SA guys, it aint their first job...
Second, no-one here slags DE SO's personally. This has nothing to do with them other than, if they are experienced, then they should have done some research and should have a fairly good (exact) idea of what their getting into on all levels.
If you're worried about your longevity or career in the worlds most expensive city then do what most every other career person in the world does; keep an eye open for a better opportunity..
