1 independent in 1 electorate does not an inquiry into CASA make.
Like One Nation, Palmer United, and countless other small parties and independents, making political promises is relatively risk-free..................because the reality is that they are unlikely to ever have to deliver.
I don't doubt Mr Britza is well intentioned, and probably quite sincere in his desire to have an independent inquiry into CASA, but even if elected he will be a lone voice in the wilderness.
Unless the major parties (at least one, but preferably both) want something to happen, it won't happen. Sad but true.
