I have been invited as DEC nonrated, however after having talked to an ex colleague of mine, that I can trust, who actually works there now, I have decided to cancel the interview! Apparently the roster is a mess, planes are very old they fly short and longhaul without inflight entertainment
And the salary is very very low. As a direct entry captain nonrated he clears about 5300eur net after german taxes
After having spoken to him on the phone I decided not to waste my time and money on the assessment. Typerating is fully funded, thats the only positive I guess.
