The figures is gross.
And the salary is fixed. No additional pay
pr hour etc. But if you sell a day off, you will be compensated with appr. 12 000 NOK as F/O. Almost double for captains.
So you will pay approximately 160 000 NOK in tax for that salary. Most of the per diem is taxfree.
So, 578 000+100 000-160 000
= 518 000 NOK after all taxes.
A descent private apartment in Oslo will cost you about 12-14 000 NOK a month, so the cost of living is high.
You will start at level 5, with TR, and it will probably increase a lot the next three years. We will see when the final agreement are published the next weeks.
