Probably,

permanent with 9 month ON, 3 month off during first year, then permanent.
+/- 85hrs in summer, 6 days ON, 3 OFF, sometimes 6/4, (+/-500h/6month)
low hours ( low-basic salary) in winter.(+/-30h/month)
