A cursory review of the Scandinavian press will reveal vindictive acts by Norwegian against its crews. The SH pilots at bases outside of Scandinavia pay union dues but have no union representation to the airline should they also desire a 5/4 roster. No doubt this is the cause of your frustrated diatribe.
Applicants should take full advantage of the Skype interview and ask about the “permanent employment” claim, in particular; the ‘Supplement Agreement’ between Norwegian and the agency for your services, and how it may be summarily terminated without reason or recourse. Good luck.
