In the quick reference handbook of the b727 you'll find that table, you start with the pressure ALT and temp, then you move to flaps settings (5,15,20,25.), Gross wt. the table assumes that antiskid and nose gear brakes operative, but not many 727 have the brakes for the nose gear, the correction is to reduce V1 by 1 knot. For 727 perf normal ops V1= VR
