Maybe I'm being pedantic - when I worked on that side of the business, "Seat Factor" = Passenger Load Factor.
"Load Factor" = a composite measure taking into account all revenue generating "things" carried - pax/freight/mail etc (usually tonne based).
I'll concede that Load factor and Passenger Load Factor seem to be often used inter-changeably!
