11 million Nigerian children do not have access to any sort of education whatsoever. How can you possibly argue that such ghastly people are as intellgent as (say) Japanese, who have built a wealthy, equitable, technologically advanced society
By that logic, all the 150+ IQ kids who left school at 16 because they chose to, are all thicker than all the underwater basket weaving graduates who now have a degree. They have more education, so it must be so. No?
