just one piece of advice:
Make sure you check with your HR contact what the latest rules are for vision, because I know, for a fact, the vision tests have been adjusted (read upgraded) and EK is now even stricter than GCAA minima's during the initial medical.
For those with a current GCAA medical this does not apply.
