And how do you explain the utter failure of black Africans to build a single functioning country? There is not a single country in Africa that has advanced in any way since independence from colonial rule. All of them have gone backwards - more corruption, worse education system, more social injustice, more wars and social upheaval. And don't blame colonial rule for their problems. They have had long enough to sort themselves out. If you look at that IQ map, you will see that the average IQ in central African countries is around 65. A person of that level of IQ in our society is totally dysfunctional.
To come back to my original point about immigration - we should positively welcome immigrants from all blue and purple countries on that IQ map - and keep the rest out.
