Singling out people by colour or country isn't the point. My beef isn't about race, it's about numbers.
Why? When I made a previous comment, I'd just opened a letter informing me of a hospital appointment next February. The previous one was June this year. Nearly 9 months between. My GP has just had 700 extra patients dropped on his books, most of them incomers to the area (and country). The result is anything up to a month to get an appointment. The system can't cope.
Military applicants should not be fast tracked, unless they are willing to pay a substantial fee - like the rest of us.
Why? Surely someone like Commander Simon Rawlins who has put his life on the line for the UK SHOULD have some sort of benefit?
