Actually, there's a few good jobs for non type FOs in Asia specially, i left Brazil as an ATR FO, 2500+ tt hours and full atpl to an A320 job in South Asia. Honestly, i don't think that being a captain on an ATR would help a lot (but jet hours over 50 tons increases a lot the possibilities).
Yes my friend, definitely, an ATR Captain won’t help me so much, but, taking the left seat, i ll get the Full ATPL too, and this is so interesting for me
