Found my B/Med/27 which tells me pre GW 1 I had:
18/1/91 Anthrax 01/90 0.5 ml
18/1/91 Pertussis Al 868A 0.5ml
8/2/91 Anthrax 3431E 0.5ml
8/2/91 Pertussis Al 808 0.5ml
