Transfering fuel on an F-100
Can fuel be transfered from tank 1 to tank 3, and vice versa from the flight deck? Back in my fueling days, I've had mechanics tell me it's not possible, but have had the cabin crew say that they will transfer fuel rather than have me add fuel to tank # 1 (On an originator, after the APU has run all night).
