Do you know the career path for CX dispatchers? I heard of the post of Senior Dispatchers and I guess they involve more in preparing flight plans. I wonder what's "above" senior dispatchers
The way the company is promoting people, don't be surprised if you get offered a position from being a flight dispatcher to becoming the chief engineer or director of flight ops.
Yes you can be unqualified for these jobs but it's always been natural for CX to promote people in positions they're not suited for
