I would have thought the Atlantic would be a great place to get the Instrument Rating and MCC/JOC.
But the whole integrated program from zero to (f) ATPL?
I don't think I could put up with the weather.
So here's my point.
Go to Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne Florida to do your EASA CPL.
They have an Irish chief pilot who is an EASA Irish designated examiner.
The license you get is Irish.
You can do the six month ground school there if you want too, but I think that would be unnecessary.
Here's what I'd do if I were Irish.
Or wanted Irish licenses.
Go get a US PPL and about 125/150 hours in America.
Then I'd get the 14 exams done.
Then get an Irish initial medical.
Then I'd got to FIT and do the EASA Irish CPL.
Then I'd go to Atlantic for the Irish Instrument Multi and MCC/JOC.
My advice is so good, I should charge for it.
Your welcome.
