Freehills. You may be right about the barn doors. The difference is that when it first happened back in 93/4, we didn't quite appreciate the long term goals of the management. Now there is no excuse. Anyone who thinks their terms and conditions are safe, and that they can establish a career that they can count on for 20+ years with CX is dreaming. We ALL see now just how meaningless the managements statements are. Time we reasserted the value of our skills and commitment. If not, then just lie down and be sheared (or slaughtered). I can only speak for myself, but I am willing to make sure the company sees the difference between my goodwill, and lack thereof. If thousands of us do the same, then they will panic. There is NO way the regulator or traveling public can endure a dramatic lack of reliability in CX's operation. It just takes our resolve to prove the point. We have 90 days to demonstrate that resolve.
