Internal Evaluation Programs and ATOS?

My company is trying to develop an Internal Evaluation Program (IEP). Just for convenience, the idea of an IEP was developed decades ago by the FAA especially for internally auditing maintenance departments and facilities. Nowadays an IEP can be used to audit all departments within a company and often accompanies a company’s Safety Management System (SMS).

FAA AC 120-59A discusses the IEP and makes frequent references to ATOS – the FAA’s Air Transportation Oversight System. ATOS reference numbers mentioned in AC 120-59A could give an internal auditor access to valuable questions for use in determining how an aviation organization is performing.

Unfortunately according to the FAA, ATOS was recently “sunsetted” or rescinded so all those valuable questions used to develop an IEP are gone. I have rigorously searched the internet and even written the FAA to ask if ATOS documentation is available. The FAA promptly answered me but, unfortunately, ATOS documents no longer seem to be available.

By chance, has anyone saved or know where I could find the old ATOS documentation? Getting our hands on these ATOS documents would surely make our job easier in developing our own Internal Evaluation Program. As always, thank you for any help.
