I think that's actually a very well achieved cost. They have effecively had to set up a repatriation airline at
very short notice, they can't spread costs over years like an airline normally would, they needed immediate capacity, they have not exactly had time to shop around. Approaching Qatar wanting x aircraft NOW - that'll be £XX please.
The associated back office and transport costs will be built into that also.
