Thales Coelho, so AWA is currently recruiting Both FO's and Captains. Pilots already type rated on the 145 are highly sought after to meet the growing demand. They are supposed to be bringing in 4 additional ERJ145's to add to the current fleet of 6 with plans to expand rapidly- increasing frequency to Abuja and Lagos and adding new routes to Monrovia later this month, Abidjan, Freetown, Lome Cotonou etc.
Also, there is talk of an Embraer 190 with AFW livery. Some folks in Accra expect to see the plane delivered in Jan or Feb. This rapid expansion will definitely require more recruitment in the months to come.
